    PAM自(zi)動加藥系(xi)統是一種具有投藥、攪拌(ban)、液(ye)(ye)體(ti)輸送、自(zi)動控制于一體(ti)的成套(tao)設備，它被(bei)廣泛應用于電廠的原水、鍋爐給水、油田地面集輸脫(tuo)水處(chu)理(li)系(xi)統，石油化(hua)工各種加藥系(xi)統和廢水處(chu)理(li)系(xi)統。如投加混凝劑(ji)、磷(lin)酸鹽(yan)、氨液(ye)(ye)、石灰水、緩蝕劑(ji)、阻垢劑(ji)、殺(sha)菌滅藻劑(ji)等。

    本裝置(zhi)是粉狀高(gao)分子凝(ning)絮(xu)(xu)劑(ji)的(de)(de)自動(dong)(dong)連(lian)續配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)置(zhi)投(tou)(tou)加(jia)(jia)系(xi)統(tong)。干(gan)粉絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)從螺旋(xuan)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)器(qi)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入預混(hun)器(qi)與清水進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)預混(hun)，被(bei)濕(shi)潤的(de)(de)物料(liao)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)制(zhi)槽(cao)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)稀(xi)釋，按要求濃(nong)度進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)制(zhi)；配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)制(zhi)溶液(ye)(ye)從配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)制(zhi)槽(cao)經熟化(hua)槽(cao)再進(jin)(jin)(jin)入儲(chu)(chu)(chu)存槽(cao)，當儲(chu)(chu)(chu)存槽(cao)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)處于高(gao)位(wei)時(shi)，配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)制(zhi)過程自動(dong)(dong)停止，當溶液(ye)(ye)下降到中(zhong)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)時(shi)，重新自動(dong)(dong)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)料(liao)過程。配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)制(zhi)槽(cao)和熟化(hua)槽(cao)均設置(zhi)多槳葉攪(jiao)拌器(qi)，充(chong)分保證(zheng)絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)的(de)(de)稀(xi)釋和熟化(hua)。當系(xi)統(tong)產生報警(jing)時(shi)，證(zheng)明系(xi)統(tong)內(nei)可(ke)能要檢查修理(li)某(mou)部(bu)位(wei)。若(ruo)為(wei)液(ye)(ye)態絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)則由(you)螺桿泵(beng)直接投(tou)(tou)加(jia)(jia)到配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)制(zhi)槽(cao)中(zhong)。配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)制(zhi)過程中(zhong)，絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)量為(wei)恒定，水量按比(bi)例(li)投(tou)(tou)加(jia)(jia)或（水量為(wei)恒定，絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)按比(bi)例(li)投(tou)(tou)加(jia)(jia)）。從而保證(zheng)在整個工作(zuo)過程中(zhong)，配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)制(zhi)溶液(ye)(ye)濃(nong)度不變。配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)制(zhi)溶液(ye)(ye)由(you)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)存槽(cao)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入加(jia)(jia)藥泵(beng)、由(you)加(jia)(jia)藥泵(beng)打入流量計進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)在線稀(xi)釋后(hou)，進(jin)(jin)(jin)入管道混(hun)合器(qi)，實現(xian)絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)效果。加(jia)(jia)藥裝置(zhi)還可(ke)根據用戶(hu)不同工藝流程的(de)(de)要求，進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)有(you)針對性的(de)(de)設計、配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)置(zhi)必要的(de)(de)部(bu)件，實現(xian)自動(dong)(dong)遠程控制(zhi)等功能。

    The device is a continuous dosing system that can automatically configure the powder polymer flocculation agent. Dry powder flocculants go into the pre-mixer through the screw propeller to pre-mix with water, wetted material goes into a mixing tank for dilution to the required solution concentration; the prepared solution goes into the storage tank through the mixing tank and the curing tank, when the storage tank liquid level is at high level, the preparation process automatically stops, when the solution liquid level decreases to the middle level, the preparation process restarts. Mixers are equipped inside the mixing tank and the curing tank to ensure a full dilution and curing of the flocculant. When the system generates alarm, it proves a need to check and repair some part inside the system. The liquid flocculant is directly added into the mixing tank by the screw pump .In the process of preparation, the amount of flocculant is constant while water is added according to the proportion or (the water amount is constant, flocculating agent is added according to the proportion). In order to ensure the  solution concentration unchanged during the whole process, the prepared solution goes into the dosing pump trough the storage tank, then pumped into the flow meter by the dosing pump for inline dilution, and then into a pipeline mixer to realize the flocculation effect. Dosing device can be designed according to user's different processes requirements and configure necessary components to realize automatic remote control function etc.
